NRA's Complaint

On September 9, 2019, the NRA filed a complaint against the City and County of San Francisco and members of the San Francisco Board of Supervisors in connection with the adoption of a resolution that declared the NRA a "domestic terrorist organization" and called for government officials to "assess the financial and contractual relationships our vendors and contractors have with [the NRA]." The lawsuit alleges that the resolution poses a constitutional threat and that Defendants are targeting the NRA's political speech. Read the Complaint.
